Fatma Sabuncu is a Registered Early Childhood Educator who brings warmth, professionalism, and strong leadership experience to Bright Bloomers Studio. Over the course of her career, she has worked in multiple roles across the child care field, including as a child care centre supervisor, where she supported program quality, team mentorship, and family partnerships.
In addition to her work in centre-based care, Fatma has also owned and operated her own home child care program. This experience allowed her to provide highly
personalized care in a family-centred environment and further strengthened her commitment to nurturing relationships with children and families.
Fatma is highly experienced in working with infants and very young children. She has a deep understanding of responsive caregiving, attachment-based practice, and the early stages of child development. Her calm presence and attentive approach support children in feeling safe, secure, and confident.
At Bright Bloomers Studio, Fatma supports overall program operations and quality while helping to guide and mentor educators. She is dedicated to inclusive practice, mindfulness, and creating meaningful learning experiences that honour each child as an individual.
